Zella on a Bed of Moss
Here’s Zella on a bed of moss. She loved laying on it, as is evident in her smile. We got all the supplies for this from Shinoda design center — the wire basket, green swirls of twigs, and the moss. The twigs were put down first and then the moss layered on top. The moss was really soft, practically sponge-like in feel and softness. This was simple lighting (what I like best) with a single bare speedlight camera left and a silver reflector camera right for fill. This was one of those rare shots where everything goes as planned. I was half waiting for her to push through the wire basket and the other half Zella developing a rash all over her body from the moss. Good thing neither of those situations happened.
