Living practically my entire life in Southern California, my winter experiences tend to run on the warmer side.
So as I sit through another week of temperatures in the 70s with partly cloudy skies, I can’t help but reflect on how it really felt like winter in Whistler.
The need to wear multiple layers.
The beauty of a snow-covered landscape.
Having drinks to warm up.
Well, actually, who am I kidding? I miss having drinks to warm up the most.
Cheers to all of you who actually have a real winter. I guess I’ll just be stuck here in SoCal enjoying the sun and cool breezes.
